AP&Co. was tasked with elevating and establishing a location for Late Eatery, following the successful operation of Late Lounge Dubai and TPT in Sharjah. The brief was to transform the Late Lounge experience into an upscale dining destination, with an elevated menu, exceptional service, and high-impact interiors that stand out in Al Khawaneej’s 77 Valley Hub. The project outputs included a refined concept definition and operational model, a comprehensive menu development with diverse food and beverage offerings, and a strategic roadmap for future expansion of the F&B group. In 2025, Late Eatery’s excellence was officially recognized with the prestigious Michelin Selected distinction, further cementing its reputation as one of Dubai’s standout dining destinations.
